Hook: Mustad 9672 size 6
Tail: Black zonker strip
Body: Black zonker wrapper on body
Fin: Pheasant feather with head cement to make hard
Eye: Spirit river dumbels with umpqua red eyes
Head: Tan and Black Wool fur spun over hook
I have been tying these for some time now. I have tied them in this color and also in olive. You can hardly tell but the hook does ride up on this pattern. Below is a picture of the olive pattern I tie. I have had great success on smaller rivers and creeks with this for browns and rainbows. The olives ones I use tan yarn and wrap a wire around the zonker matuka style

The best I've seen is an Oliver Edwards patten tied with an extended body. But I bet with your skill you could come up with something.
I will play around with some stuff tomorrow and see what I can come up with
